The work of detail is admirable to represent Liberty, symbolic strong of the Directoire period taking up the revolutionary theme. The work on this sconce is exceptional. It is the result of the centuries-old craftsmanship of Lucien Gau's artisans, who have passed on their secrets for six generations.
