Vistosi is one of the oldest glassworks in Murano still in operation. The Gazzabin family, now Vistosi, has been blowing glass in Murano since the 15th century. In the 1950s, this Italian lighting manufacturer specialised in the production of luxury lighting and called on the greatest designers of the time (Gae Aulenti, Ettore Sottsass...) to create its collections. Success came quickly and Vistosi produced iconic models such as the Alega lamp and the revolutionary Giogali chandeliers. Even today, Vistosi continues to innovate with each new collection, thanks to the fabulous knowledge of its glass craftsmen and by combining innovations such as a new, clearer and more resistant glass and, of course, the new LED technologies already used in many models.
