Louis XVI gilt bronze candlestick lamp three lights, by Lucien Gau

Reference: 16060051

Louis XVI lamp in solid bronze patinated with old gold, volute arm, light beige pleated shade and golden braid

Product Description

This elegant three-light candleholder has a beautiful shade of light beige pleated fabric decorated with gold braid and fringes. Its fluted and slightly flared body supports three spiral arms decorated with rolled leaves, moulded and then chiselled by hand. The flared bowls delicately echo the grooves of the body, like the bobeches that hold the candles. The golden patina of this lamp gives all the relief and depth to its decoration. It is entirely handcrafted in France in the workshops of the Maison Lucien Gau. This house benefits from the know-how passed down through six generations of craftsmen. It is one of the jewels of French craftsmanship. There is a model without electricity or lampshade, available under the reference 16060050.
