This beautiful Louis XVI style gilded solid bronze lamp with two lights supported by profiled scrolled arms is characterised by the geometric shapes of its decor and the oval of its lampshade. The white, smooth and lacquered lampshade gracefully surrounds the lamp with a bud, a floral reminiscence dear to the style of the time. The old gold finish gives all its relief to the work of decoration, profiling, groove, pearls, leaves and stripes of this lamp. The manufacturing quality of this lamp is exceptional. The purity of the bronze, obtained from the best alloys, allows an extreme precision in the search for detail. Precision made possible by the know-how of Lucien Gau's craftsmen, who have passed on their secrets for more than six generations.
