Tuileries Art Deco wall lamp in rugiada crystal and bronze 51cm
Venetian crystal wall lamp from the 1920s, honey-coloured brushed bronze, LED lighting - Barovier&Toso - Wall lights
A play of symmetry, an aesthetic that evokes an atmosphere of the 1920s and a very Art Deco inspiration from Barovier & Toso for this Tuileries wall lamp model illuminated by integrated LED modules. The wall lamp is based on a fan-shaped pattern composed of parts in Venetian Rugiada crystal, a term that refers to the extremely refined traditional Murano technique that gives the crystal this extremely rich, veined texture, and parts in metal with a superb honey-coloured brushed bronze finish. The repeated geometrical pattern of the wall lamp lends itself perfectly to an infinite combination of modules. The wall lamp is a design by Barovier & Toso, which comes from a long line of master glassmakers dating back to the 14th century, and perpetuates the family tradition and know-how as well as the firm's leading position, while having introduced a modernist dimension and innovative aesthetics into the discipline of Murano glasswork.
