Amsterdam grey chrome chandelier 18 lights

The Amsterdam 18-light chandelier in grey Venetian crystal, in a classic contemporary style, combines a polished chrome structure covered with fried Venetian crystal, black shades and transparent 'rostrato' crystal ornaments in an impressive chandelier. The incomparable elegance of this model is made up of 18 swan neck arms spread over 2 tiers. The arms are fitted with chrome-plated metal sleeves crowned with conical black cotton shades. The crystal finish gives it a truly metallic appearance. The highlight of the model is the crystal ring shaped into a rosette using the company's 20th century 'rostrato' technique, which produces the kaleidoscope effect of light refraction, as well as the typical thorny surface. These rings are placed under the candle of each light, like a crystalline wick, as well as on the suspension rod, and finally in the form of a large seed at the base of the chandelier. The name of the series is a tribute to the canals of Amsterdam, which are like arms, radiating out in a star shape in the heart of the city. Barovier & Toso, from a long line of master glassmakers dating back to the 14th century, perpetuates the family tradition and know-how while introducing a modernist dimension and innovative aesthetics to the discipline of Murano glasswork.

Dimensions: the 18-light model is 138cm in diameter and 150cm in maximum overall height, weighing 37kg.
The 24-light model is 160cm in diameter and 190cm in total maximum height, for 45kg.
The conical shades are 17cm high, 9cm diameter for the upper part and 16cm diameter for the lower part.
