Classic chandelier in clear crystal with gold frame and crystal drops
The Baikal 9-light chandelier is dressed in gold and crystal, with a gilded metal structure and transparent crystal pendants. Its design borrows from the classic shape of Venetian candlesticks. The gooseneck arms extend around the central vase, bearing delicate open corolla basins and gilded metal sheaths. Each detail is finely sculpted and shaped, such as the scrolls that overflow from the upper part of the chandelier and evoke young fern shoots, or the transparent crystal pendants that dot the model and refract the light, and the golden touches that give the chandelier a solar dimension. The model is a masterpiece that bears witness to the virtuosity of the craftsmen of Barovier & Toso, born of the merger of two families of Venetian glassmakers, and today renowned as undisputed masters of Murano glasswork.
The model is also available in 6-light gold in the ordering options at the bottom of this page, as well as in 6-light and 18-light black under the reference 21070122. Other finishes and dimensions available on request.
