Classically inspired in the Greek sense of the word, the Torvik sconce is reminiscent of a torch with its beige and gold crystal cup diffuser, gold metal accents, gold crystal and the pearl adding an elegant and precious touch to the design. The sconce consists of a fluted crystal cone encrusted with gold flakes that acts as a torch handle, topped with a wide gold metal ring, just like the round wall bracket, and finally topped with a harmoniously proportioned cup-shaped diffuser made of beige crystal with gold accents. Note the delicate pearl at the tip of the cone, highlighted by a touch of gold metal. The wall lamp is a design by Barovier & Toso, which comes from a long line of master glassmakers dating back to the 14th century, perpetuating the family tradition and skills, while introducing an innovative aesthetic to the discipline of Murano glasswork.
