Product Description
Let yourself be seduced by the romantic Art Nouveau style of the Ramses series, with this short pendant in opal glass and brass. The pendant has a dome-shaped opal glass shade decorated with a beautiful golden flower in brass, whose design is reproduced transparently on the surface of the glass. The dome is suspended by three rods fixed to a conical ceiling support, also decorated with a golden flower, all in brass. The lamp was designed by Donald Cardwell, a 20th century decorator, costume designer and stage director.
As the heir to a Parisian bronze-smith family that has been in business since the 19th century, Lucien Gau demonstrates year after year his exceptional skills, built up and passed down from generation to generation, in the restoration, conservation and reproduction of lighting fixtures using techniques faithful to the period in which they originated.
