The Ginger LED cordless lamp, made of wenge wood and metal, is a technological challenge in itself. It runs for 5 hours at full power and up to 20 hours at 25% power. It can be fully recharged from the mains in 10 hours. Its designer, Joan Gaspar, is Marset's product manager and an expert at challenges. The challenge here was to give the wood the rounded, almost flat shape of the dome. The result is stunning in its beauty and elegance. The room is illuminated by indirect, variable light from an unexpected presence. Never before has a cordless lamp achieved this level of finesse and elegance. Even if Joan Gaspar doesn't define himself as an artist, we can't deny that Ginger is a true masterpiece.
