Theia is a powerful LED table lamp with a dimmer switch. A vertical half-sphere in black lacquered repoussé iron combined with a white interior and a smoked methacrylate shade, supported by a stem in lacquered iron bearing the name of the Greek goddess. Theia is the mother of sun, moon and shade, and her materials and forms are designed to celebrate her: to bring light and shade together in a single place. Theia has two sides that can be revealed by gently turning it on its axis. Theia then becomes a reading lamp or a warm, subtle indirect light. Its designer, Mathias Hahn, has played with the basic shapes of nature: two half-spheres, one horizontal, one vertical. By crossing each other, they allow light to be projected, reflected or absorbed by objects. A child's dream come true. This lamp is also available in white in the order options at the bottom of this page and a matching floor lamp can be seen under the reference 17020351.

Marset

Modern, youthful lamps that create atmospheres with character.

Marset is a Spanish manufacturer of designer lighting. Founded in the late 1940s as a family business specialising in injection-moulded metal technology, Marset has decided to apply the sophisticated techniques acquired in its historic business to lighting. To achieve this diversification, Marset set out to create a brand characterised by strong creativity and a global presence. Marset is more than just lighting. True to its technological vocation, Marset works with light in all its shades and effects to create atmospheres of character. Marset's engineers do not allow a new luminaire to go into production until its design has been completely satisfied and perfected. This is because Marset only produces well-designed luminaires that light well, are clean, innovative, surprising and, above all, long-lasting.
