Empire style solid bronze floor lamp, three lights, pleated shade
Empire old gold floor lamp, lion feet pedestal, fluted foot, three arms in volute carrying lights - Lucien Gau - Floor lamps
Purity and elegance are the hallmarks of this highly refined three-light floor lamp in solid bronze in the Empire style, with a white pleated shade. Its polished shield-shaped base rests on lion's feet, from which extends a long fluted base, the length of which is divided by two rows of rings. At the top of the foot are three arms in the form of a spiral with lights, the curvature of which is accentuated by acanthus leaves. Their bowls and bobeches are delicately carved and decorated and support candles, some of which are hidden by a magnificent white pleated lampshade decorated with high and low gilded friezes. This floor lamp is the result of a work axceptionnel, that of the craftsmen of the house Lucien Gau, bronzier of art since six generations.
