Louis XV chandelier in gilt bronze eight lights, by Lucien Gau

Equipped with eight candlesticks without bobeches, this chandelier in gilded Louis XV style is made of solid bronze with an antique gold patina. It is composed of four vertical arms with many volutes that connect the lower part to an upper element connected to the fixing hook. From the lower part, eight arms in double volute emerge, at the end of which are placed fine candlesticks without bobeche and decorated with separate leaves. The branches are decorated with pearls and acanthus leaves. The ornamental motifs also match the various elements of the central part and the cone of the ceiling. The work is of exceptional quality, the solid bronze is melted in a sand mould, the whole is worked, finished, patinated and assembled by hand in the manufacturer's French workshops. This chandelier is also available in a six-light and a five-light version.

Dimensions: model with eight lights, height without chain 75cm, with chain 102cm, diameter 68cm. Six light model, height without chain 70cm, height with chain 100cm, diameter 65cm. Model with five lights, height without chain 65cm, height with chain 90cm, diameter 44cm.

Light source: Eight, six or five E14 standard incandescent bulbs, preferably frosted.
