Product Description

A radiant 60cm Lafayette wall sconce in gold with an ultra contemporary design of stacked solid brass discs cut into strips, adjustable and handcrafted in Europe. The model is made up of three stacked ultra-thin brass discs cut into a multitude of thin strips and mounted on a matt black lacquered metal base. The lamp is supplied flat and can be used as such, but can also be shaped to suit your taste, with the possibility of bending the strips to create volume. In one of the accompanying photos, you can see the magnificent play of light and shadow that Lafayette creates with its bulb placed in the centre.

The luminaire was designed by Bastien Taillard, a Frenchman from a creative family who trained in Paris, Milan and on his many travels, before co-founding Radar with Italian Francesca Bertini. Founded in 2016, Radar works exclusively with glass, metal, marble and plaster, extracted and shaped in Europe. From the start, they have made a name for themselves for the superior quality, finesse and originality of their lamps.
