Product Description
Module 1 is an iconic design from the 1970s by Gau Lighting, a wall lamp in matt black metal with an opal glass shade. The model is made up of a vertical square metal wall support, a short horizontal arm to which the body of the lamp is attached, a metal cylinder topped by the diffuser, an opal glass sphere. The whole is finished in matt black to give an elegant silhouette, and the opal glass diffuses a warm light.
Module 1 was designed by Paris-based Gau Lighting, a team of designers and interior architects who work with a wide range of eclectic materials including bronze, aluminium, brass, wood, alabaster, glass and acrylic. Gau Lighting emphasises the use of technological innovations such as LED lighting, carefully integrated into its luminaires, which are designed and manufactured in the Paris region.
