Product Description
A superb pendant luminaire from the Bacon range, featuring a slender tapered profile with a contemporary design, a matt opal white glass diffuser and a satinised brass and matt black finish. The model features a tapered, satin-finish brass metal section under which a white glass diffuser is mounted, all suspended from a gilded ceiling cylinder by a black textile cord. Note the detail of the small rod that runs horizontally through the base of the cone and the knurled texture of the ring at the top of the cone, the juxtaposition of the gold and black elements creates an elegant contrast. Bacon was designed by Astrid DIETERLEN & Bruno BORRIONE for Paris-based Gau Lighting, a team of designers and interior architects who produce a wide range of products in bronze, aluminium, brass, wood, alabaster, glass and acrylic. Gau insists on the use of technological innovations such as LED lighting, carefully integrated in its luminaires designed and manufactured in the Ile-de-France.
The Bacon pendant is also available in aubergine and satin brass with reference 23120003 and in black forge and satin brass with reference 2312000, and a matching wall lamp in various finishes with reference 23120006.
