Product Description
A hypnotic motif and design by Pierre Charrié for the Pulse 60cm wall sconce, a hand-crafted and engraved plaster dome made in France. The model is a reinforced plaster dome, decorated with a gilded brass bulb cover. Note the patterns in the dome, which reproduce the vibrations of sound in water at a frequency of 116Hz, giving the mineral material the appearance of a liquid texture. The bulb is surmounted by a small golden metal disc that reflects the light back towards the dome, creating a magnificent play of light on the surface of the plaster and producing indirect light.
This lamp was designed by Pierre Charrié, as part of a series of collaborations that enrich the Radar brand's catalogue. Created in 2016 by Frenchman Bastien Taillard and Italian Francesca Bertini, Radar works exclusively with glass, metal, marble and plaster extracted and shaped in Europe. From the outset, they have made a name for themselves for the high quality, finesse and originality of their lighting.
The model is available in a 40cm version in the order options at the bottom of this page and you'll find a matching pendant also available in 60cm and 40cm under the reference 23060027.
Dimensions: 60cm diameter for the large model, 40cm for the small model.
The light source is a G9 LED module, available separately.
