Let yourself be seduced by this charming plant-inspired wall lamp in solid silvered bronze and conical shade, Charmille. It features a discreet rectangular wall bracket topped by a beautiful bronze leaf to which the elongated conical shade in off-white chintz is attached. Note the superb bronze-nickel finish, a silver finish obtained by polishing the bronze to create a contrast between the shiny edges and the natural hollows of the metal, which are left matt, and then magnified by a thin layer of nickel applied by electrolysis (nickel is preferred to silver because it tends to oxidise quickly).
The lights of the French company Objet Insolite, exclusively made of solid bronze, are real sculptures that combine the power of bronze with the delicacy and poetry of the elements of nature and the animal world that inspire the design of their lights, made in Normandy.
