Gustave 2-light satin nickel sconce

Superb pure design for this Gustave 2-light silver wall lamp, a classic style that evokes an antique atmosphere with the symmetry of its solid bronze structure in nickel finish and its 2 long white shades. The model has a round wall support topped by an elongated U whose serifs are the attachment points for the two very slightly conical shades in off-white chintz. Note the bronze-nickel finish, a silver finish obtained by polishing the bronze to create a contrast between the shiny edges and the natural hollows of the metal, then magnified by a thin layer of nickel applied by electrolysis (nickel is preferred to silver because it tends to oxidise quickly).
The lights of the French company Objet Insolite, exclusively made of solid bronze, are real sculptures that combine the power of bronze with the delicacy and poetry of the elements of nature and the animal world that inspire the design of their lights, made in Normandy.
By default this light is delivered with the shade shown in this image, the model is available in the different colours of the colour chart visible in the secondary photo, choice to be specified in the special information of your order form.
