Product Description
Attractive Charlton wall sconce, inspired by Serge Mouille's wall sconces of the 1950s, in antique brass gilded metal, with an articulated arm and asymmetrical adjustable shade. The lamp has a round antique brass wall bracket to which the gilded metal arm is attached, with two ball joints that allow the arm and shade to swivel. The arm also swivels from right to left. The shade is a simple gilded metal bell with a refined design, punched only with a series of holes to let the light through. The antique brass finish is achieved by hand-rubbing the metal to give it an authentic golden patina. The model has a switch on the wall bracket, making it easy to use as a bedside lamp, for example, with its handy switch and adjustable shade. Charlton can be used with its external power cord (visible in the photo) or plugged directly into the wall.
This lamp is by AERIN, Estée Lauder's granddaughter, who has created a world of Hamptons chic and elegance with Mediterranean influences. The American brand Visual Comfort, which has been in business since 1987, offers a wide range of contemporary and traditional lighting fixtures made from the highest quality materials.
