This magnificent 7-light Galaxy chandelier is made up of an assembly of thin metal tubes arranged at different angles around a central horizontal tube and dotted with small spheres to create a constellation effect. The structure is in metal with a beautiful matte black finish, contrasting with some of the globes which are in shiny brass, emphasising the astral dimensions of the model. Hidden inside the globes are the bulbs that illuminate the light creation, as well as 3 spotlights placed inside golden globes, fixed to the central bar and providing downward light. The model is ideal over a large table or worktop in a chic, contemporary interior.
From its workshops in the Netherlands, the Van Egmond brand has been developing a collection of genuine light sculptures since 1989, characterised by a quest for excellence in craftsmanship, combining classic and contemporary aesthetics.
The collection also includes the same model in brass under the reference 21020113, as well as a 5-light chandelier in brass under the reference 21020108 and in burnished brass under the reference 21020109 and a 2-light pendant under the reference 21020111. Dimensions: 140cm long, 50cm wide, 40cm high, delivered with 3m of suspension cable and 3m of electric cable. Weight 15kg
The light source comes from 4 E27 bulbs of 60W max each or equivalent LED and 3 GU10 spot bulbs, to be purchased separately.
