Golden light sculpture chandelier in burnished brass and glass spheres

Product Description

A poetic sculpture of light, Ersa is a true work of art that evokes the bubbled branches of an enchanted tree. This chandelier features a handcrafted structure in the shape of a curving branch, with a superb burnished brass finish obtained through controlled oxidation of the metal, giving the model a unique, timeless golden patina. The structure is embellished with 11 open spheres of iridescent glass that create a magical multi-coloured effect when illuminated. It is suspended from a discreet metal chain. Ersa takes its name from the Greek goddess of morning dew, evoking the brief moment at sunrise when delicate drops of water are revealed on vegetation.

From its workshops in the Netherlands, the Van Egmond brand has been developing a collection of genuine lighting creations since 1989, characterised by a quest for excellence in craftsmanship and a blend of classic and contemporary aesthetics.

The collection also includes a floor lamp with nickel finish and iridescent glass, see 21020133, a 9-light chandelier, see 21020128 and a wall lamp, see 21020132.

Dimensions: 140cm diameter, 80cm height, 170cm chain. Weight: 20kg

The light source is provided by 7 E27 bulbs of 60W max each or LED equivalent, to be purchased separately.
