Product Description
The Bismarkia large white wall sconce features a steel structure coated in white gesso, giving it a plaster-like finish and a botanical-inspired star design. Crafted from steel, the structure deploys a succession of fine, elongated, embossed elements that converge toward its center. The matte and slightly textured gesso finish softens the geometry of the pattern. Gesso is a traditional coating made from finely ground plaster, applied to achieve a powdery, soft, and luminous surface. The light source, concealed behind the central disc, diffuses an indirect halo that highlights the outline of the blades and creates a subtle play of shadows on the wall. This generously sized model serves as a true piece of wall decor. Through Quintiesse, the Elstead Lighting group offers fixtures designed with meticulous attention to craftsmanship, structural detailing, and the durability of finishes. The light source comes from three E27 bulbs of 40W max each, or LED equivalent, to be purchased separately.
