Product Description
This very modern and prestigious pendant in fibre cement with Corten finish, called Funnel, has the shape of a cone topped by a small cylindrical part with a matt nickel-plated metal end. This suspension is connected by a metal cable to a spherical ceiling box in matching patinated metal. The suspension is surprisingly light: it weighs only 4.5kg, thanks to the use of a special fibre-reinforced concrete. The light is mainly directed downwards and a spectacular effect can be achieved by combining two or three pendants in a row above a dining table or work surface. The Aldo Bernardi workshops have developed techniques for using fibre concrete for lighting.
Dimensions: height 43cm, diameter of base 25cm. Ceiling box diameter 11cm and height 6cm. The suspension is supplied with a 100cm cable that can be adjusted during installation.
Light source to be used with this luminaire: a standard screw-in bulb with a large base and a maximum wattage of 70W or LED equivalent to be purchased separately.
