Product Description
The Tommy is a cordless table lamp with a touch-sensitive switch and an integrated LED light source. It has a gilded brass base and an alabaster diffuser. The base is a thick disc to which the straight, satin-finish brass rod that supports the diffuser is fixed. The flattened diffuser is curved and encircled by a matching brass ring. The LED module is cleverly positioned to project soft downward lighting, as well as a small light on top that highlights the touch-sensitive switch. When switched on, the Tommy portable lamp reveals the unique veining of each piece of alabaster, making each lampshade one of a kind. This subtle, self-contained light enhances any surface, be it a restaurant table, buffet or coffee table, creating a convivial, refined atmosphere. Weighing just 3.3 kg, the cordless Tommy lamp can withstand windy conditions.
Founded in Milan in 2014 by Matteo Terragni, Matlight Milano is an Italian brand specialising in the creation of lighting fixtures in natural stone, including marble, alabaster and selenite. The brand combines traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design.
