This magnificent 6-light chandelier in gilded metal from the Monceau line is composed of 6 transparent crystal diffusers in emerald cut, i.e. a rectangular pavilion with two long sides and two short sides. Each diffuser is diamond-cut from a single block of crystal, with the centre recessed and each side meticulously polished. Each is held in place by a short rod that crosses a long horizontal bar, which in turn is attached to two rods set into a thick rectangular ceiling support, all gilded. Gold and crystal go together perfectly. The Monceau collection, launched by Fine Art Lamps, a brand known for the refinement and sophistication of its lamps, is a classic in the making. By alternating bronze, gold and silver finishes and mixing them with crystals in geometric shapes through which the light dances and is reflected, designer Jonathan Browning has created a collection that is both raw and elegant, with timeless shapes.
Dimensions: 119cm long, 36cm high and 14cm deep, total height to be specified when ordering.
The light source for this lamp is provided by 6 E14 bulbs of maximum 40W, which must be purchased separately.
