Large retro bathroom wall light in fluted glass, 60cm, Glance, by Lupia Licht

Slimmer than the 30cm version, the Glance 60 bathroom wall light, crafted from gold-coloured metal and clear fluted glass, highlights the texture of the glass through a tall diffuser fitted with integrated LED lighting and IP44 protection. The metal frame, with its rounded corners, encases a long cylinder made up of transparent glass rods that filter the light whilst revealing the luminaire’s internal structure. Suitable for vertical or horizontal installation, this model, with its IP44 rating, is particularly well-suited for use in bathrooms or other environments exposed to damp, but is also ideal for lighting a hallway, a staircase, a dressing room or a living room. As can be seen in the additional photos, the height of the diffuser accentuates the play of light created by the fluted glass and enhances the luminaire’s decorative appeal. The integrated 28 W LED lighting offers a choice of three colour temperatures – 2700K, 3000K and 4000K – with a CRI of over 90 for accurate colour rendering. A three-level dimming system allows the light output to be easily adjusted as required. The gold finish, combined with the glass details, evokes certain Art Deco light fittings whilst maintaining a understated aesthetic suited to contemporary interiors.

Lupia Licht is a German brand renowned for its decorative light fittings, which combine contemporary LED technology with research into indirect lighting effects.
