The prices of our products are indicated on the www.vraimentbeau.com website in euros inclusive of french value added tax. Quotes requested by professionals will be made on a specific document showing prices net of VAT and the VAT separately.
For deliveries in the European Union and according to the current regulation, the prices shown in the basket and in the invoice are calculated including the tax applicable to the destination you have chosen.
For all goods dispatched outside the European Union, the price shown in the basket and on the invoice, will be automatically calculated net of tax.
By default, Vraiment Beau only delivers to countries shown in the drop-down menu on the “your basket” and “your order” pages. “France” shall be taken to mean mainland France. For delivery to other countries not listed in this drop-down menu, please contact Vraiment Beau.
For orders delivered to any country outside of mainland France, you are the importer of the goods concerned. It is likely that customs duty or other local taxes, import duty or state taxes will be payable, and which you will be required to pay in full to your local authorities. This is entirely your responsibility, both in terms of payment and the necessary declarations to the appropriate authorities and statuary bodies in your country.
Vraiment Beau reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices valid at the time your order was submitted. The products remain the property of Vraiment Beau until the price has been paid in full.
By internet on www.vraimentbeau.com or by telephone on +33 (0)1 45 20 60 00 (a Paris number, charged at the standard rate if calling from mainland France): Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 CET.
All contractual information is presented in French and these contractual details will be restated in a confirmation, at the latest at the time you submit your order.
You declare that you are aware of and accept the current Terms and Conditions before submitting your order. The submission of your order shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The contract is only binding from the moment the order is confirmed by Vraiment Beau. The customer will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail, confirming the order and stating in full the elements that constitute the said contract (items ordered, prices, delivery times, carriage costs, etc.). This acknowledgement of receipt can also be sent by normal mail or fax upon request.
Vraiment Beau reserves the right not to confirm an order for whatever reason, for example, should there be a problem with supply of products, or any other problem concerning the order received.
In the absence of proof to the contrary, the data recorded by Vraiment Beau shall constitute proof of all the transactions carried out between Vraiment Beau and its customers.
Vraiment Beau is a retailer and cannot be expected to sell the items listed in large quantities. As a consequence, Vraiment Beau reserves the right to refuse large orders.
Offers of products are valid as long as they remain visible on the site, and within the limits of available stock. In the event of a product being unavailable after your order has been submitted, we will inform you by e-mail. Your order will be cancelled and you will be reimbursed immediately.
The geographical zone for delivery corresponds to the geographical zone covered by the offer: mainland France and Monaco.
All products will be delivered to the delivery address that you have provided during the ordering process, at the latest on the date shown on the payment page prior to order submission by the customer. The latest delivery date corresponds to the delivery time shown on the product file added to the processing and transportation time. Vraiment Beau reserves the right to cancel the order in the event of any subsequent request to change the address which may arouse suspicion.
Delivery is deemed to be made once the goods have been entrusted to the carrier. The delivery note returned by the carrier, dated and signed by the customer at the time the item is delivered, constitutes proof of carriage and delivery. Upon delivery, the customer must check the contents, and check that all items correspond to the order, and their condition. In the event of delays, damage, partial or total loss, or any other problem, it is incumbent upon the customer to demand redress from the carrier, and Vraiment Beau shall not in any way be held responsible. For this reason, Vraiment Beau strongly recommends that the customer checks all items as soon as they are delivered, before signing the acknowledgement of receipt for the parcel. If the customer notices anything amiss, s/he should refuse to accept delivery of the goods, or sign only after adding “damaged on receipt” and a hand-written and dated statement to the effect that delivery is accepted with reservations and listing the reasons. These reservations should be confirmed in writing to the carrier in a registered letter with confirmation of receipt within three (3) working days following delivery of the goods. A copy of this should be sent to Vraiment Beau.
When you are ordering several items at the same time and these have different delivery dates, the delivery date for the order is based on the latest of these dates. Vraiment Beau reserves the right to split orders for delivery. Your contribution to delivery costs will be invoiced for a single delivery only. In the event of a delay in dispatching an item, an e-mail will be sent informing you of how this affects the expected delivery date which you have been quoted. In the event of delivery being delayed for more than 7 days, you have the right to cancel your order within 60 working days. In this case, if you have already received the item, once you have cancelled, we will refund the purchase price and cost of sending the item as soon as we have received the goods, complete and in their original condition.
Payment in full of the purchase price is due upon ordering. The customer undertakes to pay the price as stated for the item ordered on the www.vraimentbeau.com (price of products plus carriage).
The customer shall pay for the order:
– by credit or debit card: Carte Bleue, Visa or American Express. In so doing, the customer assures Vraiment Beau that s/he has the necessary authorisations to use such a means of card payment at the time of ordering.
– by personal cheque made payable to Vraiment Beau. The cheque must be drawn on a bank based in mainland France or Monaco. The cheque will be cashed upon receipt. So that Vraiment Beau can process your order as efficiently as possible, the cheque should be sent within 2 days of submitting your order to: Vraiment Beau, Service Paiement, 7 bis rue du Stade, 56950 Crach, France. If we have not received your cheque within 10 days of Vraiment Beau’s confirmation of the order, or in the event of its being rejected by the bank, Vraiment Beau reserves the right to cancel the order. The customer is deemed to have the necessary authorisations to place the order and to make the payment by cheque.
All goods ordered remain the property of Vraiment Beau until full and final payment of their price, under the terms of French law “N°80 335” of May 12, 1980. In the event of non-payment, Vraiment Beau reserves the right to recover the goods ordered. In such circumstances, and upon Vraiment Beau’s first request, the customer undertakes to return all unpaid goods at his/her own expense.
