Product Description
Created by Arturo Alvarez, this white wide cylinder pendant with pleated and painted fabric, Coral provides both ambient light and concentrated downlighting. It is thus perfect above a dining-room table, on which three or four aligned units can create a striking aesthetic effect. The special siliconized pleated fabric (formed of a fine wire mesh covered with silicone) is cut, rolled into a ball shape, sewn and fastened to two round, white lacquered metal elements and placed at each pole. Once formed, this fabric remains in place, its folds remain permanent. This suspension is equipped with a transparent cable that can be shortened to installation. On the ceiling, a classic polished stainless steel cylindrical housing contains the connections. In this Coral mini-collection, there are also several matching models of suspension: round shaped (12110351) in two sizes, slightly elongated shape (12110353) also in two sizes, and in long cylinder (12110355). The manufacture is conducted in the workshops of Arturo Alvarez, A Coruña in Galicia (Spain).

Light source: a standard E27 screw bulb, with a maximum electrical power of 100W, which can be halogen or energy saving. The diffuser material of this luminaire lends itself well to the use of energy saving bulbs, LEDs or compact fluorescents.
