The model illustrated on this page is distinguished by the woven grille which lines the lantern. This grille adds an extra touch of style which will be at home in many ethnic chic or Mediterranean-style interiors. As it partly obscures the bulb, it also creates an attractive play of light. Like all the Annet models, this wall light is glazed on three sides. The Mesh model is fitted with clear glazing. The hand-crafted wall lights in the Annet series are made of bronze. Each model is fitted with a finely-made wire latch. The glazed panels on three sides of the wall light are set into the bronze structure - a finish detail which adds an authentic touch and shows the exceptional quality of workmanship. The models in the Annet wall-light series are distinguished by their elongated form, 36cm high and 13cm wide. As they only project 14cm, they do not interfere with circulation. Weather-resistant to IP44 standards, they are suitable for outdoor installation. They can also be installed indoors and, above all, they are ideal for lighting a corridor or entrance hall.

Light source: one standard E27 screw bulb. As the bulb is partially visible directly, we strongly recommend using a bulb with glowing filaments, such as produced by Nautic. Nautic is the trademark of the Belgian lighting manufacturer Tekna. Under the direction of its creator, Erik Huysman, Nautic designs and produces a range of luminaires of very high quality in terms of materials and assembly, made from pure materials: bronze (armament), cast iron, brass. From a stylistic point of view, Nautic is inspired by ancient forms of "luminaries" - candlesticks and lanterns - completely reworked and adapted to today's aesthetic and technical requirements. Nautic produces several models of patinated bronze lanterns. Particularly suitable for verandas, outside walls or at the entrance to a villa. The same style can also be found in many models of applications with a similar finish. Nautical lamps are sometimes fitted with clear and transparent glass, so that the bulb is directly visible. From an aesthetic point of view, the use of a compact fluorescent bulb is therefore strictly forbidden! A decorative bulb with an incandescent filament is highly recommended or, if this is not possible, a halogen bulb combined with the use of a dimmer.
