Without looking it, the Mauro W1 wall light is a piece of glass. In fact, it is glass that has been decorated to reproduce the texture of linen. To achieve this effect, the inside is dyed silver and the outside is speckled with grey. When held up to the light, the result is surprising: you can see the woven linen fibres as if they were real.
