Ginger wall light, in light wood and matt black lacquered metal, by Marset

The Ginger wall lamp by designer Joan Gaspar pivots on its matt black metal arm. It is fitted with a powerful LED module whose light output is softened by the indirect light produced by the matt black aluminium reflector at the top. It plugs directly into a wall socket and the dimmer switch can be mounted on the wall. On request, it can be supplied with a direct connection. With Ginger, Joan Gaspar, Product Manager at Marset, has achieved an extreme degree of perfection. Perfection in design, with domes that respond to each other, one in wood, the other in metal. Perfection in the mastery of materials, knowing that wood is the perfect ally for intimate lighting, but a very complicated material to work with. Perfection also in the precision and extreme softness with which the light is diffused. The result is breathtakingly beautiful and elegant. The room is illuminated by indirect, variable light that comes from an unexpected presence. Even if Joan Gaspar doesn't define himself as an artist, we can't deny that Ginger is a true masterpiece.
