An Art Deco trait blends with the timeless elegance of Japanese ceramics, thus the Hive table lamp was born, all in roundness, with its body in red glazed ceramic and its opal glass diffuser. The lamp has a red ceramic base in the traditional Japanese shape, decorated with golden geometric patterns thanks to the low-fire technique, which allows painting on an already fired surface and then fixing the colour with a third firing. The diffuser is a ghostly dome on top of the base, made of double-layered blown opal glass, which produces a pale, soft halo of light. The cosmopolitanism of the Milanese company KDLN, the new logo of the former Kundalini founded in 1996, does not deny the excellence of the Italian ancestral know-how in the field of lighting, and it is by maintaining creativity, functionality and precision that the company has established itself as a must, with its eclectic collections that combine poetry, simplicity and character.
