The magnificent Galaxy 3-light chandelier is made up of 5 thin metal tubes arranged in a Mikado pattern, dotted with spheres to create this constellation effect. The metal is finished in a superb burnished brass finish, achieved by a series of baths that create a controlled oxidation and give a distinctive, timeless golden patina. Light bulbs are attached to 5 of the hanging globes, illuminating the constellation.
From its workshops in the Netherlands, the Van Egmond brand has been developing a collection of genuine lighting creations since 1989, characterised by a quest for excellence in craftsmanship, combining classic and contemporary aesthetics.

Dimensions: 80cm diameter and 70cm high for the 3-light model, 90cm diameter and 110cm high for the 5-light model. Supplied with 3m suspension cable and 3m electric cable. Weight 12kg
The light source is provided by 3 or 5 E27 bulbs of max 60W each or LED equivalent, to be purchased separately.

Luminary sculptures – Extraordinary chandeliers

William Brand graduated from the Department of Architecture at the Utrecht School of Art in the Netherlands. His luminous works exude passion and emotion and leave a lasting impression. The studio was founded in 1989 with the initial intention of working without restrictions. The architect soon became a sculptor. In his hands, the studio has become a major creative force in light sculpture. In addition to designing sculptures, William also works on architectural and interior design projects. This leads to the introduction of a new lighting collection every year.
