Fanali Veneziani venetian pendant 44cm

A superb tribute to the city of Venice and the lanterns used in the Middle Ages in the city, with this series of 5 Fanali Veneziani pendants in a classic style, from which this 44cm model in crystal encrusted with gold flakes and finished with gold metal comes. The suspension is composed of a flared bell-shaped upper part and a spherical lower part that closes the bell. It is made entirely of fluted crystal with gold highlights, except for the socket inside the bell and the suspension chain, which are gold. The Venetian firm of Barovier & Toso, which comes from a long line of master glassmakers dating back to the 14th century, perpetuates the family tradition and know-how and the firm's leading position, while introducing a modernist dimension and innovative aesthetic into the discipline of Murano glasswork.
