Product Description
Superb homage to the city of Venice and the lanterns used in the Middle Ages in the city, with this series of 5 Fanali Veneziani suspensions in the classic style, from which this 37cm model comes in crystal encrusted with gold spangles and finished with gold metal. The suspension is composed of a spherical lower part, slightly teardrop-shaped and decorated with an elongated tassel, topped by a cup and a tulip on which the metal suspension chain, finished in gold, is fixed, as is the bulb cover. The model is made entirely of fluted crystal with touches of gold. The Venetian firm of Barovier & Toso, which comes from a long line of master glassmakers dating back to the 14th century, perpetuates the family tradition and know-how as well as the firm's leading position, while introducing a modernist dimension and innovative aesthetics to the discipline of Murano glasswork.
