Discus black Art Deco geometric pendant
Retro cylindrical pendant lamp in hand-worked iron with graphite finish and matt opal glass - Hudson Valley - Pendants
All in geometry, the Discus circular pendant is inspired by the Art Deco style. Playing with superimposition and transparency, the suspension is made up of a central glass cylinder, closed at the sides and on the part facing the floor, and a second cylinder, less high but wider, whose structure is covered all around by a frosted opal glass pane. The frame, from the suspension rod to the cylinders, is made entirely of hand-crafted iron and has a beautiful graphite finish that gives the metal a particular texture and a very dark, almost black colour. The model is a reference to the geometry that characterises certain artistic movements of the first half of the 20th century. Hudson Valley, which unites several American houses in one, develops a range of lighting inspired by different styles and periods, with particular attention to the quality of its products.
Dimensions: 61cm wide, total height between 43.8cm and 157cm, ceiling mount 15.9cm in diameter.
The light source is a 40W max E27 bulb or LED equivalent, to be purchased separately.
