Kasimir art deco ceiling lamp in gilded bronze
Geometric bronze ceiling lamp, square shade in off-white taffeta - Objet insolite - Ceiling lights
Kasimir is an art deco inspired ceiling lamp, worked in a classic style. Its square shade is made of off-white taffeta, and set in a structure with geometric shapes in bronze. The bronze casting follows an industry-inspired technique, and the golden finish is achieved by covering the foot with a thin, even layer of gold by electrolysis, after a bronze polishing operation which brings out the roughness of the metal.
