Product Description
Be enchanted by the Mirage bronze 2-top coffee table, whose hammered glass surface imitates the movement of water, with a black lacquered metal structure. The model consists of a round glass top overlaid by a small black metal top. The top is made using the artisanal process of thermoforming glass, a technique in which glass is formed by exposing it to very high heat in special ovens, making it flexible and malleable. What gives the glass its unique finish is the hammering, which creates these superb textural effects, imitating the movement of water and creating these magnificent plays of light on the surface of the glass.
Mirage was designed by Bastien Taillard, a Frenchman from a creative family who trained in Paris, Milan and on his many travels before founding Radar with Italian Francesca Bertini. Founded in 2016, Radar works exclusively with glass, metal, marble and plaster, extracted and shaped in Europe. From the start, they have made a name for themselves for the high quality, finesse and originality of their lamps.
