Wall lamp in solid bronze, old gold patina, two lights, frosted white glass
Generous double wall lamp in Louis XVI style, made of solid bronze with an old gold patina, decorated with spiral arms covered with curved leaves and topped with a bowl supporting a geometric motif. The bowls begin with a very flared part and continue with a cylindrical part on which striped, polished and hammered circles follow and house a white glass depoliere representing a flame. The body of the wall lamp is slightly flared. Its main part is fluted, the two ends of which are decorated with floral elements characteristic of the Louis XVI style. The rising acanthus leaves support a large circle that echoes that of the bowls. The wall light ends with a generous and voluptuous flame that gives it all its personality. The finish is of remarkable quality. Moulded in sand, the assembly, finishing and decoration are all done by hand, with the expertise of the craftsmen of the Maison Lucien Gau, official supplier of French historical monuments.
