Louis XVI style chandelier, gilded bronze, eight lights, leaves and pearls
Solid Bronze Chandelier, Old Gold Patina, Pearl Pattern Basins, Volute Arm, Also Available in Three, Five or Six Light Version - Lucien Gau - Chandeliers
Sober and elegant, this eight-light gold chandelier in pure Louis XVI style is also available in three, five and six-light versions. Its spiral arms, covered with delicately chiselled curved leaves, end in flared and fluted bowls, accentuated by a fine string of pearls. Its massive body gives it strength and elegance. Its upper part is held in place by a lyre-like loop with flat links, worked in the classic spirit, and the cabochon fixing, which flares out in a slight movement accentuated by the grooves of its decoration, shows how much the details and the work of decoration of this chandelier are niche in the smallest details. Its perfect realisation is the result of the exceptional work of the artisans of the Maison Lucien Gau, the flagship of French know-how and official supplier of French historical monuments. This chandelier is also available in a version with three lights visible under the reference 16060053 or with six lights under the reference 16060049. With a height of 58cm from the chain, this chandelier is ideally placed under ceilings one dimension higher than 2.60 metres.
