Vanessa Mitrani stands out in today's creative and design landscape. Unlike other artists of her generation who collaborate with various brands, Vanessa Mitrani, an expert in the manipulation of blown glass, creates, manufactures and distributes her own collections. For 15 years, she has been transforming her favourite themes - connection, attachment, constraint and glass - into vases, lamps and other decorative objects. She experiments with the dialogue between glass and other materials such as metal, rope, leather and porcelain. She draws inspiration from her many travels around the world. Her technical expertise and creativity were celebrated in 2015 with the inclusion of several of her own creations in the permanent collections of the Musée des Arts-Décoratifs.
