2-light gold-plated wall lamp
Art Nouveau brass wall lamp with coloured porcelain flowers - Lucien Gau - Wall lights
This delightful 2-light candelabra in perfect Art Nouveau style has a brass structure and coloured porcelain flowers. The candelabra consists of a laser-cut brass wall bracket to which are attached the two swan-necked arms that look like the branches of a small flowering bush, each arm surmounted by a flowering bowl that seems to give birth to the imitation candles that stand at the heart of the candelabra. The model is crisscrossed with fine golden tendrils that adorn the candleholder with finely chiselled porcelain flowers in pink, purple and yellow. The collection perfectly embodies the romantic aesthetics of Art Nouveau, with its lush vegetation that can be found, for example, on some of the historic arcades of the Paris metro.
