The Iron Beam is a square table lamp with a directional spotlight and a raw steel base. The base is a rectangular piece of metal bent at 90° to form a half-square, acting as both base and support depending on the arrangement. A flared reflector with an aluminium finish gives it a satellite-like appearance. The raw steel finish of the base emphasises the technical style of the model, and the proposed lamp is a special type with a chrome film on the glass, which creates a backlight inside the reflector itself. This model is the ideal spotlight for highlighting a work of art.
The Belgian company Axis71, which has been in business since the 1970s, offers an eclectic contemporary collection in metal.
