The Clarkson floor lamp has a gilded antique brass metal structure and a white linen hourglass shade with 2 lights. Clarkson has a base made of a thin metal disc with an antique brass finish, slightly triangular in shape, surmounted by a thin foot with a rounded bend. The lampshade is attached to the base, a slightly hourglass shaped linen cylinder surrounded by a gold ring. The finish is achieved by hand-rubbing the metal to give it a special patina. This is an excellent choice of lighting for a living room, providing light that is both diffused and evenly distributed on both sides of the openings in the shade.
This lamp is by AERIN, Estée Lauder's granddaughter, who has created a world of Hamptons chic and elegance with Mediterranean influences. Established in 1987, the American brand Visual Comfort offers a wide range of contemporary and traditional lamps made of high-quality materials.
