Empire style solid bronze lamp, green shade, three lights
Flamboyant, decoration of triumphant swans, arrow, antique patinated gold finish lamp - Lucien Gau - Table lamps
Flamboyant, this Empire-style lamp in solid bronze with three lights carried by triumphant swans, old gold patina. Its green Empire-style lampshade is framed by a golden frieze echoing the feathers of the arrow that surmounts it. A small, magnificent swan looms above all. Its swollen foot is beautifully hammered in the central part, polished and gleaming in the rest. It seems to emerge from the centre of its base, also shining like the water of a fountain. The remarkable design of this lamp and its perfect finish are the result of the exceptional work of the craftsmen of Lucien Gau, who apply all their know-how to each of their crafts, drawing, casting, turning, mounting and carving, using the most traditional methods. In the same spirit, a five-light lamp with an antique gold patina can be seen under the reference 16060120, while a more refined version, but in the same style, can be seen under the reference 16060121.
